Which country is the biggest consumer of cannabis? The result might surprise you.
On the occasion of its report The Tide Effect: How the Word Is Changing its on Cannabis, the British think tank Adam Smith Institute has drawn the list of the largest cannabis users, based on figures from the United Nations Office On Drugs and Crime (UNODC).Quels sont les pays où l’on consomme le plus de cannabis ?
In addition to this list, the group recalls that the current drug management strategy is a failure and that cannabis should be legalized in the United Kingdom to put an end to the crimes, corruption and trafficking deaths worldwide.
Here is the list of the biggest users of cannabis, drawn up by the Adam Smith Institute. Each percentage indicates the prevalence of use as a percentage of the population. France ranks high with more than one in 10 French consumers.
