The plastic fantastic starlet appeared to match her shoes to her blush, which was a striking shade of bronzed orange.

Iggy’s comments would suggest that the reality show will begin with a few weeks of pre-recorded audition episodes in October before going live in November.

Channel Seven have yet to share the dates with the public and the network has shortened the series due to scheduling around the Olympics and to curb falling ratings.

The personality – who is originally from NSW’s Mullumbimby – will be replacing Dannii Minogue.

Mother-of-one Dannii has taken time out from television this year to focus on her son Ethan and relaunch her pop career.

Former judges Chris Isaak and James Blunt are also not expected to return.

Despite signing on, Los Angeles-based Iggy was initially uncertain.

‘I really didn’t picture myself being a judge on any kind of television show but I think that actually this could be a good fit for me, so I said yes,’ she told Sydney Confidential.

Iggy also told fans this will be her longest stint home in Australia for a decade.
